Claire A. Edelman
April 1, 1924 - April 22, 2002

Claire A. Edelman, beloved wife, mother and grandmother died Monday morning in a local hospital. She was born in Klecknersville, Pa. April 1, 1924, to Alvin and Anita (Patterson) Graver. She received her educa tion in schools in Pennsylvania.

Claire was a member of Gold Hill Lutheran Church and had been a member of the Symphony Guild in Butte.

She married David Edelman in Allentown, Pa., on Jan. 28, 1950. They were married 52 years. David survives in Butte. Other survivors include her daughters and sons-in-law, Leni and Fred Hauer, Spokane, Wash., Beth and Jeff Tichelar, Chicago; son, Eric Edelman, Butte; grandchildren, Cameron and Daniel Hauer.

Her remains have been cremated in Butte. Memorial services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday in Gold Hill Lutheran Church with Pastor Michael Borge officiating. Memorials may be made to Gold Hill Lutheran Church.
