About Pastor Borge
   


Pastor Michael Borge has served Gold Hill since May 1999. A 1968 graduate of Luther College, Decorah Iowa and Luther Seminary, St. Paul, MN. He comes to Gold Hill with many years of parish experience in Word and Sacrament ministry.
   
 

His previous parish settings include:
*1979-99 - Pondera Valley Lutheran & Golden West Lutheran, Conrad MT
*1972-79 - First Lutheran, Plains, MT & Our Savior's Lutheran, Thompson Falls, MT
   
    He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Flathead Lutheran Bible Camp, Flathead, MT and was president of the board for three. He has served as Cluster Dean many years.
   
    His wife, Dorothy, is a retired teacher. She also has served the World Hunger Synod Coordinator. Mike and Dorothy have two adult children, Karl and Sarah.
